Autumn Wellbeing Events in Dirleton

As Summer comes to an end, it seems a good time to think forward to Exercise Classes starting soon and for this Autumn.

The Dirleton Community on Saturday 31st August will have plenty of ideas, details and contacts to inspire you and the opportunity to chat to class organisers such as Parvine Jazayeri from Ageing Well.

But before this event, there are classes starting very soon or ongoing:

Archerfield Walled Garden Fresh Air Fitness Classes are ongoing on Thursdays from 9.15 to 10am. These are open to everyone and most abilities. Contact Vharri McMinn Personal Training on 07971 606131

After her visit to the Dirleton Lunch Hub last week, Good Neighbours is hoping to organise a Senior Movement class with Andrea Mannion in Dirleton for this Autumn.     Please come along and join us at our Ageing Well Aberlady/Gullane Health and Wellbeing walking group on Tues mornings at 10.30am. Meet in Old Aberlady Inn. Last Tues of month is in Gullane, meeting in Gullane Library. These gentle walks last up to an hour & we have a friendly welcoming group of people of all abilities from different towns & villages in East Lothian & beyond.
